Artistic interpretations of nature become creature comforts when faux deer décor adorns our walls.
Animal motifs always have and always will be used in decorating. Maybe it’s because most people love animals, or maybe because it adds a bit of fun. This hand-blocked felt menagerie of faux deer décor just makes me smile. They are perfect for a nursery or little girl’s room.

Animal heads aren’t really my style, but I have to say I kind of love those felt ones and the junk yard trio.
Where do you purchase the felted wool heads or the junk heads? I saw the felted wool heads at a shop in VT but didn’t purchase them. Now I’m kicking myself! Thanks!
Hey Dawn,
They are adorable. I found the felted wood heads at Pop Deluxe and the junk heads are from At West End – both websites still show inventory. For your convenience, sources are listed at the bottom of each article, in the order shown. I do not always search for the least expensive site to order when I’m writing, so do look around the internet. I’ve seen both on other websites. Good luck!
