Leather poufs have been in favor for awhile, but these zig zag lambswool versions are a softer, attractive alternative.  They are useful for feet, seats or small tables – simply top with a tray.

Use this DIY kit to create a funky lamp from a single electrical cord.  Construction size cords snap into place around the form, creating a free-floating table lamp.  This large cord comes in basic orange and black, but can also be found in yellow, green and blue.  Any correctly sized (to snap into place) cord can be hardwired to hold a bulb at a local lighting store.  Spray paint approved for plastic may also be an option.
