Enliven neutral gray guest bedrooms with a strong accent color.
Gray is a versatile neutral that can be combined with any color. It’s often a choice for bedrooms due to its cool and calming effect but there’s no reason to be boring. A single color splash provides a vibrant accent to an already sophisticated pale gray guest bedroom with slightly darker curtains. Blogger Krista Salmon designed her guest room [above] around the framed Vera scarf, sprinkling raspberry pink accents throughout, including the headboard. Interior designer Joy Tribout chose bright orange accents around the guest room project [below] using toile pillows with an orange background and with Hermès look throws. Just one color can take a bedroom from safe to daring.

*Sigh*. I need 20 bedrooms to decorate. These are lovely!!!
Even with the “jolts” of color, the rooms pictured still give off a calming and relaxed vibe. Nice!
I like both rooms but the second room really sparkles. The bench in the first picture is beautiful.
Any idea where the chandelier in the top picture is from? Love the combinations!
