On a visit to a kitchen products fair we saw the new convection-microwave speed-oven technology of the Turbochef oven cook food record time, with delicious results (we tasted). Warning: the company rep gave us a very “enthusiastic” explanation of how the oven works while we watched the biscuits rise.
