Jane’s Country Kitchen

yellow kitchen with Swedish-inspired glazed tile wallsSwedish glazed tiles stoves and light-reflecting colors of Scandinavian houses inspired the design

The kitchen in our house was the project that led me back to school to get my interior design degree. It was built in 2004 and finished in 2005 — before the house renovation boom.  A tour of that kitchen with photos of all the features always has been at the heart of our Yellow Kitchens album. I call it the Yellow Eurosplash Kitchen because the walls are tiled from the counters to the ceiling.

Special installation details of my upmounted farm sink can be found in the farm sink album.
