Ceramic Pet Bowls

Harry Barker bon chien stoneware dog bowlCeramic pet dishes are available in a variety of attractive styles

Recently I began looking for new food and water bowls for my pets.  Their health and safety is always a priority, but I didn’t want to sacrifice style.  Bon chien stoneware bowls from Harry Barker are not only handsome, they are free of lead and cadmium.  The fancy script lettering makes an attractive background.

Pacific Merchants ceramic mason cash cane pet bowlHeavyweight Mason Cash cane bowls features raised-relief lettering and dog profiles.  Dishes also come with a cobalt blue and pale blue or pink interior. This English company fits the bill for my unfitted kitchen.  I appreciate that a portion of the proceeds are donated to the SPCA of England when you order directly from the manufacturer.

ceramic Bauer pottery pet dish bowlFiestaware collectors won’t have a problem finding a Bauer Pottery pet dish in a color they love.  Styled after 1930s originals, their bright colors are achieved by low firing.  Beautiful for us, safe for our pets.
